Community Scavenger Hunt

SCAVENGER HUNT REGISTRATION FORM 2024

There is no registration fee but a registration count is required for food purposes at the Bonfire. You are welcome to join one or both parts of the vent. RSVP is required by July 27, to (330) 382-5581 with a name to contact and the number attending the bonfire.

Everyone is responsible to set up their own team.

A phone with a camera and a vehicle for each team is necessary.

Teams are required to have a legal driver and follow state laws regarding the passengers riding in the vehicle.

A parent or guardian must be present to register anyone under 18 years of age. Registration forms will be available online.

Registrations will require the name sof each emmber of the team and the name of the driver and each of the passengers. Anyone under 18 years of age will have to have a parent or guardian's signature giving permission and acknowledgement of riding arrangements.

This event is open to everyone, (Couples, parents with kids, friend groups, etc.)

The clues and directions will be given out a 3 pm and all pictures will be due for judging by 5:00 pm to be eligible for prizes. The Bonfire will start at 5:00 pm and last until 8:00 pm.

This is not a race and will be judged by uniqueness and creativity of pictures.

Cash prizes will be awarded to the first and second place teams.

This is a two part event, The day starts with a mobile scavenger hunt around the city of Massillon from 3-5 and will wind down with a bonfire at Newman Baptist Church from 5-8. Community members are welcome to attend one or both events. ALL ARE WECLOME! Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Scavenger Hunt Overview:

Time: 3-5 pm

Format: Mobile scavenger hun around the city of Massillon. The goal is to take unique and creative photos that match the prompts given the day of.

Prize: the team who earns the most points will receive $50 cash and the second place team will receive $25.

Scavenger Hunt Requirements:

• Every team must have at least 1 adult (18 or older)
• The team must haves access to a phone that can text photos
• The team is responsible for their own transportation
• The team must have completed registration fom - this incluldes signatures for those under 18

Bonfire Overview:

• RSVP required - This is so we can have a head count for food
• Supplies for hot dogs and s'mores will be provided
• Lemonade and water available
